My Journey

Over 20 years working with Marketing and Branding, 15 of which in Multinationals.

I am the mother of Rafael and Marina, which has allowed me to further improve my leadership, negotiation and communication skills.

I have a degree in Advertising (PUC-Campinas), an MBA in Marketing (ESPM) and specializations in Personal Branding (SUNY), Global Business Management (UCR), Executive Leadership (HARVARD) and Women's Leadership (CWRU). I have extensive international experience, having worked with diverse teams, trained and lived with more than 15 cultures from different countries.

I currently live in the USA where I work as a Global Personal Marketing Consultant with professionals from all over the world through online meetings.

I have trained hundreds of professionals - from analysts to CEOs and entrepreneurs from different segments, through consulting and mentoring. And I have carried out more than 200 professional training sessions for companies.

I am the co-founder of a Women's Leadership community in the US and a mentor in communities in Brazil.
